Each track is a series of modules you complete in order.

• •Open a track to see its modules listed in sequence (Module 1, 2, 3…).
• •Each module has a video lesson plus text content — watch and read both.
• •Modules are gated: you must pass a module's quiz to unlock the next one.
• •Completed modules show a green check and your quiz score.

Pass every quiz with 66% or higher to finish a module.

• •Quiz length scales with tier: Beginner = 3 questions, Intermediate = 4, Advanced = 5.
• •Questions and answer options are shuffled every attempt — retake freely.
• •Score 66% or higher to pass and unlock the next module.
• •Stuck? Use the Learning Assistant (bottom-right) for coaching on concepts.

Finish every module in a track and a certificate is issued automatically.

• •Complete ALL modules in a track (not just some) to trigger issuance.
• •Your certificate gets a unique credential ID like TSA-2026-0001-L1.
• •The level code reflects the tier: L1 = Beginner, L2 = Intermediate, L3 = Advanced.
• •Your final score is the average of your module quiz scores.

Manage your certificates on the Certificates page.

• •Your certificates appear under 'Your Certificates' — no ID needed to see your own.
• •Use 'Verify a Credential' to confirm any ID's authenticity (e.g. for an employer).
• •Tap 'Print Certificate' on any card to open a full, print-ready certificate.
• •In the print window choose your printer or 'Save as PDF'.

Read the site in your language.

• •Use the language widget to translate the entire site into 20+ languages.
• •On mobile it opens as a bottom drawer; on desktop a dropdown.
• •Your language choice is remembered for next time.

Manage your profile and account.

• •Update your display name (shown on certificates) in Account Settings.
• •You can permanently delete your account from Account Settings at any time.
• •Your progress and certificates are tied to your email address.
